Water:

24 hour notice needs to be given to the District to have a water meter turned on and/or a water service inspected. Please take this into consideration when scheduling your jobs.

Plumber must be on site when inspection is being done.

No meter will be released without a water calculation submitted.

Before any water lateral can be installed and inspected, water calculations need to be submitted to verify that the correct size pipe is being installed. You will need to work with the homeowner and plumber to confirm the correct size.

Sanitary:

Water calculations must be submitted prior to excavation for sewer/water on new construction.

You must call the District Office 24 hours in advance to schedule an inspection.

You must have on file at the District office:

Current Certificate of Liability Insurance
Current $ 5,000.00 License/Permit Bond
